Easy Picnic Recipe : Hummus, Veggies, And Pita Wedges
Easy Picnic Recipe Ingredients:
  • Yields about 3 ½ cups of hummus
  • 2 15-ounce cans of chickpeas
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
  • 11/2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
Easy Picnic Recipe Instructions:
Drain the chickpeas, and place in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. If too thick, add water or olive oil.

Serve with pita bread wedges and raw veggies like celery, carrots, radishes, and zucchini.
